Snoring!!

It’s no secret that it’s been difficult sleeping in our house as hubby is a loud snorer (if you follow my IG you’ve seen the stories 😂) and it was starting to get me down. I’m not good if I don’t get a decent few hours sleep! Ellie would come in not long after we’d fall asleep and occasionally say Daddy’s snoring woke her up. It really was affecting us all. Occasionally hubby would wake up with a couple of bruises from where I’ve “accidentally” tapped him to stop the snoring 😂.

I took a chance and got the Silent Night Anti-Snore pillow as I just happened to see it in lidl for £7.99 I thought it was worth giving it a go. It may be just a coincidence but since he’s used this pillow (3 weeks ago) Ellie has slept through the night in her own bed, only coming in to us around 5/6am, I’m able to get to sleep much easier and his snoring has improved significantly! I really didn’t think it would make such a difference.

I do have to say, Hubby hates it, he says it is really uncomfortable and as he is asthmatic he is waking in the night feeling breathless. It has a protective cover plus a pillowcase so I’m not sure how we are going to overcome this without going back to his other pillow.

How does the Silent Night Anti-snore Pillow work?

The pillow has been designed to help reduce snoring, it hasn’t completely stopped Hubby’s snoring but it has DEFINITELY reduced the noise! The pillow has a shaped foam core in the centre which is designed to support the head and neck keeping you in the right position to help breathing and reduce snoring.

The Silent Night Anti-snore Pillow is currently on sale on their main website. I did buy mine from LIDL UK however it may not still be available.
